1. Agreement
By downloading or using a Codebro mobile application (“the app”) or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.
2. The service
Codebro builds and may publish consumer mobile applications. Apps are provided for personal use only. Features and availability may change while products are in development or after release.
Not professional advice. Unless stated otherwise in a specific product, our apps do not provide medical, legal, or other professional advice.
3. Accounts
Creating an account is optional. An account may enable cloud backup and sync when available. You agree to provide a valid email address, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of content you enter in our apps. You grant Codebro a license to host, process, and back up that content solely to operate the service. Without an account, your data stays on your device.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, reverse engineer, or scrape the app or bundled databases
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ data
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, website, and bundled catalogs are Codebro’s property or licensed to us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
7. Disclaimer
The app and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codebro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account when that feature is available. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be shown in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
